The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has announced an increase in USCIS premium processing fees, effective March 1, 2026. This fee adjustment reflects inflation from June 2023 through June 2025 and will apply to a range of immigration forms.

If you plan to submit a premium processing request, please note that any request postmarked on or after March 1, 2026, must include the new fees listed below.

We recommend submitting any filings requiring premium processing before the new fees take effect to avoid the increase.
